Burke is one of a few select schools in the nation to have a student-run Habitat for Humanity Club. Now two years old, Habitat @ Burke is slowly but surely making an impact in helping build affordable housing in Washington, DC. On Saturday October 10th, from 8:30am to 5pm, a group of parents, students and faculty will be on hand to help at 55th and Clay St. NE. Join us and help make a difference! No previous building experience needed, but students must be at least 16 years old. Contact diego_duran@eburke.org to sign up.
