Softball is a great sport
At the end of a tight game that saw the lead change hands a number of times, the MS Bengals won in the bottom of the 5th inning with Hannah’s frozen-rope, walk-off triple to deep left field. That drive knocked in the winning run making the final score 7-6. Before that, there was shut-down pitching by Catherine (who had 5 K’s), clutch infield and outfield defense, and balanced hitting. So, how do ya wash down a tough win in the big leagues… with a burger, fries and a cold shake at Mickey D’s!
